Recipe

• 30ml Creme de Menthe
• 30ml Creme de Cacao (white)
• 30ml Single Cream

Shake with ice. Serve in Martini glass. Garnish with sprig mint leaf and chocolate shavings.

An alcoholic mint choc chip and a favourite, I also love the ice cream version. The mint is not overpowering, with white chocolate in the background. With 1/3 cream you might think it is sickly, but the mint counters this.

If you don’t like the ice cream variety then this is probably not for you. It does tend to slip down quickly, rather moreish, not strong alcohol wise
